What we collect

• Account details: your name, email and password (stored as a one-way hash nobody can read).
• What you enter: transactions, amounts, categories, notes, recurring payments, income sources and exchange rates.
• Limited technical data: your IP address, used briefly to protect accounts from repeated login attempts, and one essential cookie that keeps you logged in.

How we use it

Only to run the app: showing your spending and summaries, and sending email confirmation and password-reset messages. We don’t sell your data, show ads, or share it with anyone for marketing.

Where it is stored

In a database on this website’s hosting server. All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.

Your rights

• Export all your transactions as a CSV file at any time from Settings.
• Change your name and preferences.
• Permanently delete your account and all its data from Settings → Delete account.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie, needed for logging in. No tracking or analytics cookies.
